I'm trying to verify date and model of two of our engines.
We have a 15 hp and a 20 hp on display. The 15's s/n is 115906 and I'm told that it's a Model N built about 1912. This engine starts easy and runs well. The 20's s/n is 158385 and I'm told it's a Model NB built about 1915. It was set up with a gasoline/kerosene mixer. Is that what makes it a NB? It's on static display, minus its “jewels.” I'm told that the jewels are available from the donor once the engine is in a more secure display area.
